Position: Head of the State Service for the Protection, Development, and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Education: Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, Faculty of Architecture (1994).
Professional Activity: 1994–2003, worked at the “Landscape Architecture” Department of Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction; since 2004, Associate Professor, Acting Professor, Professor and Head of the “Architectural Constructions and Restoration of Monuments” Department.
Major Works: Restoration of architectural monuments (Sheki, Gabala, Gakh, Khinalig), projects for the preservation of architectural heritage.
Scientific Works: Over 160 scientific publications, 2 monographs, co-author of 5 books.
Honors and Awards: Honored Architect, “Tərəqqi” Medal, Full Member of the International Academy of Architecture.
