Education: A.N. Alasgarov Republican Art Gymnasium (1991–2002); Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, Faculty of Architecture (2002–2006); Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, major in Management (2021–2025).
Professional activity: Computer operator at “Kenan Construction and Trade” JV (2003–2005), architect at the “Azerdevletlayihe” State Main Design Institute of the State Agency for Construction Safety Control under the Ministry of Emergency Situations (2007–2009), Chief Architect at “Temirchi” SKM (2009–2013), Chief Architect and Deputy Director at “Qala-Group” LLC (2014–2019), Chief Architect at “SHUR COMPANY” LLC (2020–2021), Deputy Director at Baku State Design Institute (2021–2023), Director at “Azermemarlayihe” State Main Design Institute (2023–2025). Since 2025, First Deputy Head – Chief Architect of the Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Baku City under the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture.
Main works: “Oxford” School in Sabail district, residential complexes in Zangilan and Fuzuli districts, Children’s Creativity Center in White City, “Sabah Residence” and “Park Bayil” residential complexes, “Shabran Hotel & Resort” in Pirabadil village, Ganja DOST Center, Jabrayil and Hadrut mosques, Horadiz–Aghband railway stations, Aghdam Cultural Center and residential complex.
