Position: Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Secretary of the Union of Architects of Azerbaijan.
Education: Azerbaijan Institute of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Architecture (1984); Moscow Architectural Institute, Faculty of Urban Planning (1984–1987).
Professional Activity: Since 1987, started working as an architect at Baku State Design Institute; 1998–2002, Group Leader and Chief Architect at “Azərdövlətlayihə” State Main Design Institute; 2002–2008, Director at “Feniks-AA” LLC; 2008–2019, Director of Baku State Design Institute.
Major Works: Author of over 100 architectural projects, including the detailed planning project of Baku city center, Greater Baku Regional Development Plan, residential complexes and administrative buildings.
Scientific Works: Over 20 articles.
Honors and Awards: Honored Architect, “Master Architect” Certificate, “Tərəqqi” Medal, “Şöhrət” Order, Full Member of the Moscow Branch of the International Academy of Architecture.
