Anar Adil oglu Aliyev
Born: 1984, Baku
Blogger-urbanist, researcher, and public activist.
Education: In 2006, he graduated with a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Information Technologies at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University. He began his professional career in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT), while also engaging in blogging and journalism activities in various years.
In 2012, he actively participated in the “Hayata Baglan” public association, which operates in the field of road safety, taking part in public awareness initiatives.
In 2018, he founded the “Human-Centered Cities” project, which promotes awareness in the fields of urbanism and transportation. The project focuses on human-centered urban planning, as well as the development of safe and accessible transportation systems.
In 2022, the “Human-Centered Cities” project was selected as the Best Internet Resource of the Year in the “Government and Society” category at the Netty National Internet Award.
